# How it works

## How it works

Okkult Vote follows a private governance flow built on MACI.

Votes are submitted privately and tallied in a verifiable way.

### Flow

1. A creator opens a poll.
2. Eligible users cast private votes.
3. The system processes vote messages.
4. The tally is produced and published.

### Design notes

* Individual vote choices stay private.
* Anti-collusion limits coercion and bribery.
* Final results remain auditable at the protocol level.

### Next Steps

* Create a poll.
* Cast a vote.
* Learn **Tally results**.
