### Is Okkult Shield custodial?

No. The shielded pool is non-custodial.

### How are shielded balances tracked?

The system uses UTXO commitments stored in a Merkle tree.

### What is the commitment formula?

Poseidon(amount, token, secret, owner)
```

### What is the Merkle tree capacity?

The tree depth is `20`, which supports `2^20` UTXOs.

### What is the shield fee?

The shield fee is `0.20%`, plus Ethereum gas.
